Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This policy explains which ones this website uses, in accordance with Spanish law (article 22.2 of the LSSI) and the GDPR.

It does not install its own cookies or third-party cookies. There are no advertising or social media tracking tools. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store anything in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). The fonts are served from this website's own server, so no request is made to Google or other providers when you browse.

The session planner stores the squad and team names you enter in your browser's local storage (keys "session-planner-squad" and "session-planner-details"), so you do not have to type them again. This data never leaves your device and is only used for that feature, which you ask for when you use it, so it does not need consent. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

The share buttons on each exercise are plain links. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp, Telegram, X or Facebook until you click one; from then on, that service's own cookie policy applies.

If advertising (for example, Google AdSense) or analytics that use cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated first, and a consent banner will ask for your permission before any cookie that is not strictly necessary is installed. You will be able to accept, reject or configure them, and change your choice at any time.

All browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and site data from their settings (usually under Privacy or Security).
