RondoMap offers a free library of football training exercises, a session planner and articles for grassroots football coaches. Using it implies accepting these terms.

You can use the exercises, diagrams and sessions freely to plan and run your own training sessions, print them and share them with your coaching staff and players.

You can share links to any page and the share images generated by the website. Republishing the content in bulk (on another website, an app, a book or a paid product) requires prior written permission.

The texts, diagrams, design and code are the property of the owner, except where otherwise indicated.

The exercises are proposals and a starting point. The coach is responsible for adapting them to the age, level and physical condition of the players, checking the condition of the pitch and equipment, and supervising the activity at all times. The owner is not responsible for injuries or damage arising from the use of the exercises.
