Built for the coach with 10 minutes to plan

A structured football coaching library

Each drill is organised by category, age group, number of players, duration and training objective, so you can build a session around what your players need.

The exercises are aimed mainly at grassroots and youth football — from fun games for U6–U8 teams to tactical practices for U17–U19 players — but most of them work with Senior amateur teams too. Rondos, possession games, finishing drills, 1v1 duels, small-sided games, mobility and core routines and cool-down stretches are all written with concrete distances, player numbers, equipment and coaching points.

I'm Marco Baleato, a UEFA C coach, youth coordinator at SD Dubra and AI engineer. I built this site with Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding assistant, to share the kind of tasks I use with my own teams.

Every exercise is available in English and Spanish. New exercises are added regularly.
