With two balls moving, players must know where both are before they receive. The middle player works on receiving and playing out quickly with a constant need to check over the shoulder. Change the middle player every 60 seconds.
Objective
Pass and receive accurately while tracking two balls at the same time.
Organisation
- Circle of 7–9 players about 14 m across, one player in the middle. Two balls.
How it works
- Ball 1: passed across the circle to any player, two touches.
- Ball 2: played into the middle player, who returns it to a different player.
- After passing across the circle, run to take the receiver's place.
- 60 seconds per middle player.
