Waves
A defender passes to an attacker and closes down; the attacker must beat them and score in one of two mini goals. Simple, intense and full of duels.
BeginnerGlobal1v1

Waves
Three zonal defenders protect the six-yard box while three man-markers follow the best headers. Corners and wide free kicks against a live attack.
AdvancedGlobalDefending
Match
A team match where blue defend in a compact 4-4 mid block and only press when a signal appears: a pass to the touchline, a back pass or a poor touch.
AdvancedGlobalTactical
Waves

Didactic strategy, approach, objectives and concepts: how every task on this website is classified and the training philosophy behind it.
Players, cones, passes and runs drawn the same way on every exercise, so you understand the set-up at a glance.
Organisation, how it works, coaching points, progressions and regressions — written the way you would explain it on the pitch.
Search by age category, number of players, duration, difficulty, objective and the equipment you actually have.
Each drill is organised by category, age group, number of players, duration and training objective, so you can build a session around what your players need.
The exercises are aimed mainly at grassroots and youth football — from fun games for U6–U8 teams to tactical practices for U17–U19 players — but most of them work with Senior amateur teams too. Rondos, possession games, finishing drills, 1v1 duels, small-sided games, mobility and core routines and cool-down stretches are all written with concrete distances, player numbers, equipment and coaching points.
